We are closely tracking the rapidly evolving public health and community concerns related to the new coronavirus or COVID-19. Rest assured that our entire team is fully engaged and remains accessible to our clients as we continue to act in accordance with their best interests during this difficult time.

Please see below for answers to some frequently asked questions, and feel free to reach out to us any time via our contact page or by calling 973-992-0900 for assistance with your legal matter.

Is your office currently open during normal business hours?

Our physical office is closed but our full team is working remotely and is accessible via all of our usual channels.

When and how can I contact you?

The phones are being answered during normal business hours (8-5). If you leave a voicemail message, the recipient will be alerted immediately via an email. You may also contact any of us via email or via our contact page.

What video chat platforms do you offer for clients?

Our firm is using Zoom for most meetings. Many of our attorneys and staff also have access to FaceTime.

Are you accepting new clients?

Yes. We are fully open to support our existing clients and service new clients as well.

How can I get updates regarding the status of my case or legal matter?

Please contact your attorney, their support team, or our office, just as you would normally.

Are courts of law still open in my area? Will my court date be rescheduled? What if I can’t come to court because I’m sick or quarantined?

The status of the courts is changing quickly. Our firm is tracking this closely and will make every effort to keep moving your case forward. Many of the courts are re-opening virtually and several of our attorneys have already hosted or participated in online meetings and mediations.

If your court date is changed, we will let you know immediately.

The courts are extremely sensitive to the situation and will most likely make accommodations for those who are sick or quarantined.

Will scheduled depositions, mediation, arbitration, or settlement negotiations occur as planned?

While schedules may be altered, we are working diligently to keep your case moving forward. Several of our attorneys have already hosted or participated in online settlement discussions, meetings, and mediations.
