Seven Attorneys Recognized on Super Lawyers List Across Both Family and Tax Law

A Super Lawyers selection is reserved for attorneys who exhibit excellence in practice. One of the attorneys named to the list was from the Tax Law Department; the other six attorneys recognized by Super Lawyers are from the firm’s area of Family Law.

“We are honored to be included on the list of Super Lawyers,” said Jonathan Wolfe, co-managing partner of Skoloff & Wolfe, P.C.  “We understand the sensitivities and the complexities of divorce and strive to achieve the best possible outcomes for our clients. It is rewarding to have our team recognized for the work that we do for our clients.”

David Wolfe, of the Tax Law Department, and each of the six Skoloff & Wolfe, P.C. Family Law lawyers have been named to this list repeatedly. The six recognized Family Law lawyers are Jonathan Wolfe, co-managing partner of Skoloff & Wolfe, co-founder Gary N. Skoloff, Kimber Gallo, Richard Iglar, Patrick T. Collins, and Betsy W. Bresnick. The department works with leaders and the spouses of leaders of finance, law, entertainment, sports, real estate, and members of America’s prominent families. From start to finish, our attorneys work side-by-side with clients to identify positive objectives and achieve the best possible results.

Super Lawyers Selection Process

The Super Lawyers selection process is a combination of peer evaluation and independent research.  Using their patented selection process, they select the top 5% of attorneys in the state to the Super Lawyers list each year.

David Wolfe, co-managing partner of Skoloff & Wolfe, P.C., was named to the Super Lawyer list in the area of Tax Law for the ninth time in his career. David represents taxpayers in significant real estate tax matters and has extensive experience in all types of property tax appeals. He frequently counsels clients regarding property tax exemption matters, long-term abatements, and PILOTs. He performs property tax due diligence and tax projections for institutional clients and represents corporate and individual clients in complex civil litigation.

“We appreciate the distinction of being named to this list,” says David. “We strive to bring our experience and insight to every case for the benefit of our clients.”
