Betsy W. Bresnick, family law attorney, among 2022 Essex County Bar Association Award Recipients 

We are proud to announce that distinguished Skoloff & Wolfe, P.C. attorney, Betsy W. Bresnick, has been awarded the Essex County Bar Association 2022 Family Practice Achievement Award.

Over the last 25 years, Ms. Bresnick has become a respected and well-known name in the practice area of family law. She has represented clients from multiple industries in all aspects of family law including child custody, equitable distribution, alimony, protection of non-marital assets, and the preparation and litigation concerning prenuptial agreements.

The Essex County Bar Association is the largest county bar association in the state. Currently Ms. Bresnick serves as an Early Settlement Panelist for divorce cases in Essex County. She also serves as a member of Essex County, New Jersey State Bar Association, and the Barry I. Croland Family Law Inn of Court.
