Over the course of his career, Patrick has handled all aspects of family law litigation, including divorce, business and asset valuations, equitable distribution, child custody, visitation, support disputes, and high-conflict matrimonial matters. He has successfully represented clients in complex and high-profile cases involving substantial financial and personal issues.

Patrick is also a highly experienced trial attorney who has tried numerous cases in state and federal courts, as well as in arbitration proceedings, recovering seven-figure jury verdicts for clients. In addition, he has argued approximately one hundred appeals before the Superior Court, Appellate Division, and has appeared before the New Jersey Supreme Court on seven occasions. He is attorney of record in sixteen published decisions.

Beyond his litigation practice, Patrick has lectured on behalf of the New Jersey Institute for Continuing Legal Education and is recognized for his contributions to the legal profession.
