Kimber L. Gallo
Kimber L. Gallo is a Partner at Skoloff & Wolfe and has been with the firm since 2006. She has devoted her practice exclusively to the areas of family and matrimonial law and has utilized her experience and expertise to zealously represent her clients while tending to each client's unique needs. Kimber has been listed as a "New Jersey Rising Star" by Super Lawyers every year from 2009 through 2018.
Kimber understands that a divorce can be one of the most difficult experiences for a person to go through and is committed to ensuring that she helps her clients navigate the entire process from start to finish.
Kimber's passion for Family Law began during law school at Seton Hall where Kimber served as an advocate in the Seton Hall Law Family Law Clinic. Also during law school she held a judicial internship with the Honorable Ronald E. Hoffman, Superior Court of New Jersey, Chancery Division, Family Part, Ocean County. Following her graduation from law school in 2005, Kimber clerked for the Honorable David J. Issenman, Superior Court of New Jersey, Chancery Division, Family Part, Union County. Kimber joined Skoloff & Wolfe in 2006 and became Partner in 2014.Professional Activities
Kimber is a member of the American Bar Association, New Jersey State Bar Association, and the Essex County and Union County Bar Associations. She serves on the New Jersey State Bar Association Family Law Executive Committee, has served on the Section's Legislative Subcommittee, and is a past Co-Chair of the Section's Young Lawyer's Subcommittee. Kimber is an Associate Editor of the New Jersey Family Lawyer and a Barrister of the Barry I. Croland Family Law American Inn of Court. Kimber has also served on the American Bar Association Young Lawyers Division Council and Leadership Advisory Board.
Kimber has lectured for the Institute of Continuing Legal Education on family law issues including at the annual Family Law Symposium and her articles have appeared in the New Jersey Lawyer and New Jersey Family Lawyer. Kimber also co-presented an annual three part seminar series entitled "How to Take A Case Through The Court System" which she presented to young lawyers to educate and mentor them about family law practices and procedures.Selected Publications
