Jonathan Wolfe is Co-Managing Partner of Skoloff & Wolfe, P.C. and Chair of the firm’s Matrimonial and Litigation Departments. He focuses his practice on business litigation and matrimonial disputes. He uses his background in financial disputes to represent leaders or the spouses of leaders in the fields of investment management, finance, real estate, entertainment, sports, and more. A significant portion of his practice is devoted to business valuation, private equity/hedge funds, treatment of trust assets in divorce, and the protection of non-marital assets.

David Wolfe is Co-Managing Partner of Skoloff & Wolfe, P.C., and a property tax attorney for commercial, industrial, and multi-family property owners. He represents taxpayers in significant real estate tax matters and represents corporate and individual clients in complex civil litigation. He has extensive experience in all types of property tax appeals, including hotel, multi-family, retail, office, industrial properties, assisted living, and skilled nursing facilities. He frequently counsels clients regarding property tax exemption matters, abatements, and PILOTs. David also routinely performs property tax due diligence and tax projections for institutional clients. During his career, he has played a key role in redevelopment efforts in cities like Jersey City and Newark and helped shape transformative urban projects.
