His practice focuses on complex matrimonial litigation and business disputes, representing business leaders, executives, entrepreneurs, investors, and their spouses in matters involving substantial assets and sophisticated financial issues. A significant portion of his practice includes business valuation, private equity and hedge fund interests, trust assets in divorce, and the protection of separate property.

He represents owners of commercial, industrial, hospitality, multifamily, office, retail, healthcare, and mixed-use properties in significant real estate tax matters throughout New Jersey. Throughout his career, David has played an integral role in redevelopment efforts across New Jersey, including transformative projects in Jersey City, Newark, and other communities.
