A significant portion of his practice includes business valuation, private equity and hedge fund interests, trust assets in divorce, and the protection of separate property.

Throughout his career, David has played an integral role in redevelopment efforts across New Jersey, including transformative projects in Jersey City, Newark, and other communities.
