Experience
Jeff began his legal career in the litigation department of an AmLaw 100 law firm before becoming a litigation partner at several prominent AmLaw 100 firms. In 2016, he founded his own law firm, where he continued representing businesses and executives in complex commercial matters before joining Skoloff & Wolfe, P.C. as Of Counsel.
Throughout his career, Jeff has represented multinational food and beverage companies, investment banks, private equity funds, diversified real estate companies, and other businesses in sophisticated commercial disputes. His experience spans a broad range of business contracts, including shareholder and operating agreements, settlement agreements, employment agreements, non-competition and confidentiality agreements, vendor and supply agreements, financing documents, and real estate transaction agreements.
Jeff has litigated a wide variety of business disputes, including breach of fiduciary duty claims, shareholder disputes, alter ego claims, business torts, post-acquisition disputes, fraud claims, manufacturing and vendor disputes, trademark and unfair competition matters, trade secret litigation, bankruptcy claims, and disputes involving international parties and transactions.
He has extensive experience representing clients in state and federal courts as well as in arbitrations before the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) and the American Arbitration Association (AAA). Jeff is recognized for his creative, practical, and business-focused approach to resolving complex legal disputes efficiently and cost-effectively.
