Thomas joined Skoloff & Wolfe in 2022 as a member of the firm’s property tax appeal group, focusing his practice on real property valuation and property tax appeals. 

Prior to joining Skoloff & Wolfe, Thomas served as the Law Clerk to the Hon. Michael J. Gilmore, J.T.C. in the Tax Court of New Jersey, where he gained valuable knowledge of a variety of New Jersey tax issues, including local property tax, personal income tax, and corporate and business tax. During his term with Judge Gilmore, Thomas drafted several opinions involving local property tax disputes, including real estate valuation issues. 

Thomas graduated magna cum laude from Drexel University, Thomas R. Kline School of Law. He was a member of Drexel Law Review on the Research and Production Committee and earned the Carolyn Agger award for Excellence in Federal Taxation.
