Rachel L. Friedman is a family and matrimonial law and litigation attorney at Skoloff & Wolfe, P.C., focusing her practice on family law matters and complex business disputes throughout New Jersey. Since joining the firm in 2019, Rachel has represented individuals and businesses in a wide range of litigation matters, combining strong advocacy with practical problem-solving to help clients navigate challenging legal issues.

Experience
Rachel joined Skoloff & Wolfe, P.C. as an associate attorney in 2019. Prior to joining the firm, she served as a law clerk to the Honorable Christopher S. Romanyshyn, Superior Court of New Jersey, Chancery Division, Family Part, Essex County. During her clerkship, Rachel became a certified court mediator and conducted mediations involving family law and small claims disputes.
Rachel focuses her practice on family and matrimonial law matters, representing clients in divorce proceedings, custody disputes, support matters, and other family law issues. In addition, she is a member of the firm’s Litigation Department, where she assists companies and individuals involved in complex business litigation.
During law school, Rachel interned with Volunteer Lawyers for Justice and served as President of the Lambda Law Alliance. She also served as Symposium Editor of the Seton Hall Law School Circuit Review, helping organize and coordinate legal programming and scholarship initiatives.
Rachel’s academic background is unique among family law practitioners. She earned a degree in Mathematical Finance and a Certificate in Information Technology, providing her with strong analytical and financial skills that are particularly valuable in matters involving asset division, financial analysis, and complex litigation.
