Vincent I. Ferrer
Vincent I. Ferrer, Esq. is a member of Skoloff & Wolfe's property tax appeal team which represents companies and individuals in complex business disputes. He is admitted to practice in both state and federal courts in New Jersey.
Vincent’s previous legal experience includes serving as the first law clerk to the Honorable Stacey D. Adams, Judge of the Superior Court, Chancery Division, Family Part, Monmouth County. In that capacity he drafted judicial opinions, conducted legal research, and helped coordinate scheduling. Additionally, Vincent served as a certified court mediator and handled nearly 100 mediations for three judges in the vicinage.
While attending law school, Vincent worked full-time as a law clerk for several prominent firms in North Jersey and New York City. His experience includes: conducting legal research on behalf of Fortune 50 companies in complex commercial litigation; drafting memoranda on IP, employment, tax, and trust & estates issues; and helping a criminal defense attorney successfully defend an individual wrongfully charged with homicide.
Vincent graduated from Seton Hall University School of Law, where he was selected as a Leadership Fellow and a member of the school’s international moot court team. He has interned for judges in New Jersey Superior Court’s Chancery and Criminal divisions as well as for the New York State Supreme Court’s Complex Commercial Division.
Prior to joining the legal profession, Vincent was a successful marketing and business development professional for several marketing agencies and start-ups in the Northeast. He served as the first-ever Director of Marketing & Communications for a nationally-acclaimed private school. In that capacity, he oversaw the $27 million-endowed organization's paid, earned, and owned marketing campaigns. He proved instrumental in rebranding the organization as well as in launching a multi-year, $12 million capital campaign.
Vincent graduated with honors from Fairfield University where he was a four-year Division I runner.
