Daniel joined Skoloff & Wolfe, P.C. in 2021 as a member of Skoloff & Wolfe, P.C.’s property tax appeal team representing owners of commercial, industrial and multi-family properties.

Prior to joining the firm, Daniel served as a Law Clerk to the Hon. Mary Siobhan Brennan of the New Jersey Tax Court responsible for Hudson County. Throughout his term, he was exposed to a variety of state and local tax issues including property taxes, income taxes, and sales and use tax. He drafted several opinions and wrote numerous memorandums summarizing and presenting legal research.

Daniel earned his Law Degree at Temple University, Beasley School of Law in Philadelphia where he developed a love for Tax. He was a member of the school’s Tax and Bankruptcy Law Society and worked as a research assistant for his tax professor—an expert in federal partnership taxation.
