A Philadelphia native, Anthony joined Skoloff & Wolfe, P.C. in 2023 as a member of the firm’s Property Tax practice. Anthony focuses his practice on valuation and appeals for various property tax issues.

Prior to joining the firm, Anthony worked for a Pennsylvania firm representing local taxing authorities including municipalities and school districts with regard to their property tax matters. Anthony’s extensive experience includes working closely with county assessors, local government officials, courts, and commercial and residential property owners.

Anthony graduated from Temple University Beasley School of Law, where he was the teaching assistant for Corporate TaxationConstitutional Law, and Legal Research and Writing I and II. During law school, he was a judicial intern for the Honorable Michael A. Shipp of the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey. Anthony also holds a master’s degree from Harvard University with an area of focus in religion, law, politics, and ethics along with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Cabrini College.
