William T. Rogers, III
William Rogers is experienced in all aspects of real estate tax appeal litigation and condemnation. Prior to joining Skoloff & Wolfe, P.C., he was Counsel at the Law Firm of Scarinci & Hollenbeck where he represented various municipalities and private property owners at trial, motion practice and settlement in the prosecution and defense of property tax appeals, municipal lien matters and other litigation. Previously, he was an associate at Wolff & Samson and earlier, Chief Assistant Assessor for the City of East Orange.
He is a member of the New Jersey Supreme Court Committee on the Tax Court. Active in the community, Mr. Rogers has served as a Condemnation Commission in Essex County, New Jersey.
