Biography
Mr. Iglar joined Skoloff & Wolfe, P.C. in 1999. He handles disputes involving divorce, custody, child support, alimony, domestic violence, and all other areas of family law. Mr. Iglar specializes in contested matrimonial litigation and has successfully tried both bench and jury trials.
Mr. Iglar has frequently been tapped by the media for his expertise and has provided legal commentary for Channel 12 New Jersey News and on the radio on a variety of family law topics, including custody matters and the high-profile Elian Gonzalez case. He has authored articles that have appeared in publications ranging from the New Jersey Lawyer to the International & Comparative Law Journal.
Mr. Iglar was selected as one of the “Top 10 Attorneys Under 40” in the field of family law in a peer review conducted by Springboard Public Relations.
Unique among his peers, Mr. Iglar brings a thorough knowledge of complex financial issues, including business and asset valuation, to family and matrimonial cases through his extensive background in corporate, real estate, foreclosure and bankruptcy law.
