Litigation

Skoloff & Wolfe’s litigation department handles a wide variety of complex litigation for individuals, partnerships and corporate clients.  Our attorneys have significant experience prosecuting and defending our client’s interests in state and federal court in New Jersey and other states.  Our attorneys work closely with our clients from pre-litigation counseling and negotiation through trials and appeals.  With a focus on business related litigation, our attorneys represent clients in such areas as banking and commercial law, contract disputes, securities, real estate, employment, and trust & estate litigation.  The firm frequently serves as local counsel or co-counsel to national law firms representing clients in state and federal court in New Jersey. 

Our attorneys recently have completed the successful defense of a former corporate officer against allegations of securities fraud, the successful defense of a foreign bank against allegations of fraud, breach of contract, and breach of fiduciary duty, the successful prosecution of a claim for breach of contract by a former corporate officer against his prior employer, and the successful prosecution of a breach of contract and tort claim on behalf of an individual against a public company.
