Biography

Grant W. Waterson joined Skoloff & Wolfe, P.C. in 1999. He has devoted his professional practice to all areas of family law, including divorce, custody, child support, alimony, property division, premarital agreements and domestic violence. Mr. Waterson has more than a decade of experience handling complex matrimonial disputes and has appeared before the New Jersey Family and Appellate Courts.

Following his graduation from law school, Mr. Waterson served as the law clerk to the Honorable Gerald C. Escala, Superior Court of New Jersey, Chancery Division, Family Part, Bergen County in 1993 and 1994.

Mr. Waterson was a contributing author to New Jersey Family Law Practice (10 th Edition), which is widely regarded as one of the foremost treatises on New Jersey family law.
