Biography

Mr. Showell is an experienced litigator with a broad base of experience in complex commercial litigation matters.  Mr. Showell has handled complex partnership disputes, environmental insurance coverage actions, employment discrimination matters, defamation suits, complex business disputes, title insurance disputes, real estate related litigation, brokerage disputes, mediations and arbitrations, professional liability actions, construction litigation, physician credentialing and provider network termination matters and estate and probate litigation, among other things.  He has appeared in the State and Federal Court in New Jersey and New York on a variety of matters as well as having argued an appeal before the United States Circuit Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.

Mr. Showell practiced with national law firms in New York and New Jersey including, Anderson Kill & Olick, Akin, Gump, Strauss, Hauer & Feld and Duane Morris & Heckscher, before joining Skoloff & Wolfe, P.C.
