Biography

Mr. Kuch joined Skoloff & Wolfe, P.C. in 2006. Mr. Kuch is an associate in Skoloff & Wolfe’s Real Property Valuation and Litigation Departments. He represents commercial taxpayers and municipalities in real property tax appeals and frequently appears in the New Jersey Tax Court.

Mr. Kuch received his B.A. from Hartwick College in the area of Cultural Anthropology and his J.D. from Thomas Jefferson School of Law. Following his graduation from law school, Mr. Kuch served as a Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Raymond A. Hayser, J.T.C. of the New Jersey Tax Court in Newark, New Jersey.

Mr. Kuch is a member of the American Bar Association, the New Jersey State Bar Association, the Essex County Bar Association, and the Brennan-Vanderbilt American Inn of Court. Mr. Kuch is also a disaster relief volunteer with the American Red Cross.
